Highland Spring has had a long standing relationship with golf and is proud to be the official water supplier to many golfing events across the country.
Scottish Golf Union - Highland Spring Junior Masters
Highland Spring is now working with the Scottish Golf Union and is the official sponsor of the Junior Masters, the country's biggest national handicap event for boys and girls and a supporting partner of clubgolf, the national junior golf programme.
Highland Spring will support all of the SGU's events programme as official water supplier, providing water to all competitors in each of the SGU's 15 events.
The Highland Spring Junior Masters is Scotland's largest participation junior golf event with around 2,000 youngsters (boys and girls aged under 16) taking part in local qualifying events each year across 130 golf clubs.
The Grand Final of the Highland Spring Junior Masters was held over the Queen's Course, The Gleneagles Hotel, home of the 2014 Ryder Cup on Sunday 9 October providing a fantastic incentive for Scotland's aspiring young golfers to take part.
Girls winner eleven year old Kirsty Brodie, Alyth posted an impressive 40 stableford points off her 13 handicap to secure a comfortable triumph. Drama was saved for the boys battle, with a massive seven players locked on 34 points as the last group of male youngsters came down the 18th. Liam McDowell, a 28-handicapper from Wigtownshire County took 1st place!

Johnnie Walker Championship
Highland Spring has established a strong relationship with Scottish Golf and has supported the Johnnie Walker Championship at Gleneagles for the past 12 years as the official water supplier to the Championship.
Barclays Scottish Open
Highland Spring is the official water of The Barclays Scottish Open. The tournament is one of the European Tour’s premier events and attracts a field of the world’s finest players including Phil Mickelson and Ernie Els. The venue, Loch Lomond Golf Club, is one of the world’s most exclusive and picturesque courses.
Ladies Scottish Open
After a year’s absence, The Ladies Scottish Open returned to the schedule in 2010 and will once again be played at Archerfield Links in 2011. Highland Spring will continue to be the official water supplier to the event.
Ladies British Open
In 2011, Highland Spring signed a multi year deal to become the official water partner to the Ricoh Ladies British Open. The 2011 event will take place at Carnoustie Golf Links from 28-31 July.
The Ladies British Open is a leading event in women's professional golf and is the tournament which is classified as a major by both the Ladies European Tour and the LPGA Tour.
Alfred Dunhill Links Championships
In 2011, Highland Spring will be the official water supplier to this event which is one of the richest golf tournaments on the European Tour. It is played in October, on three different links courses, centered around the "home of golf", St Andrews in Scotland.
The tournament is a pro-am, with teams of one professional and one amateur (many of the amateurs are well known personalities from the worlds of sport and entertainment including Gary Lineker, Boris Becker, Michael Douglas, Samuel L. Jackson, Sir Matthew Pinsent, Hugh Grant and Shane Warne) playing one round each at St Andrews, Carnoustie and Kingsbarns. Following these first three rounds there is a cut, with the leading 60 professionals continuing on to play in the final round at St Andrews.
